GMS Wedding Car Rental is built around the day you've been planning for months. You tell us the schedule: bride's pickup, ceremony venue, reception, post-wedding photo locations. We arrange a clean, decorated vehicle with a professional driver who's done dozens of wedding routes in Kathmandu.
Pricing starts at Rs. 10,000 for the car and driver. Decoration is added based on the style you want:
- Simple decoration (basic flowers, ribbons): + Rs. 4,000
- Normal decoration (richer flowers, wider coverage): + Rs. 6,000
- Advanced decoration (premium florals, full bridal styling): + Rs. 7,000–10,000
What's Included in the Wedding Day Package
Every wedding car booking includes:
- The car of your choice, from our fleet (most-requested below) or arranged through our partners for vintage and premium luxury options
- A professional driver in formal attire: punctual, well-groomed, knows wedding-day etiquette
- Decoration at the level you select, coordinated with your wedding theme and colors if you share them
- Multi-stop driving: bride pickup, ceremony venue, reception venue, post-event photoshoot locations
- Generous waiting time at each stop, we don't watch the clock at weddings
- Mineral water bottles, AC, immaculate interior

Most-Requested Wedding Cars
Across hundreds of Kathmandu weddings, two preferences dominate:
1. White SUVs, by far the most popular. Visually striking against decoration, photographs beautifully, comfortable for the bride's outfit and accessories. Our most-booked:

- Mahindra Scorpio (white)
- Toyota Avanza (white)
2. Vintage Cars, for couples wanting a classic, timeless look. We don't own these directly but arrange them through trusted partners. Tell us the era/style you want (1960s American classic? European convertible? Restored vintage?) and we'll source.

- Premium SUVs (Fortuner-class, when available through our partners) for grand entrances
Booking Timeline
Weddings are seasonal, so booking early matters, especially during Mangsir, Magh, and Falgun (the major Nepali wedding months).
- 6+ weeks ahead: ideal, giving you first choice on car and decoration style
- 2–4 weeks ahead: still works for most options, but premium cars may already be booked
- Less than 2 weeks: call us directly. We'll tell you honestly what's still available
We can also do anniversary rides, engagements, and pre-wedding photoshoots with the same package style.
A Few Practical Notes
- Decoration is set up at our office or your home, your choice. If you want family there for the reveal, schedule home setup
- For multi-day weddings (haldi, mehendi, ceremony, reception across several days), ask us about multi-day packages for better rates than booking each day separately
- Wedding-day fuel is included in the package for in-valley driving. Outside-valley wedding venues are extra
- We coordinate with your photographer/videographer if needed. Our drivers know how to position the car for shots
