Terms of Service

1. Booking and Confirmation

Booking requests are subject to availability and admin approval. A booking is treated as fully confirmed only after payment verification and final confirmation.

2. Payment Terms

Advance payment is required for confirmed booking flow. Remaining payment and agreement formalities may be completed physically at vehicle handover.

3. Physical Agreement and Security Deposit

The rental agreement is finalized physically at handover. A bank account blank cheque is required as a refundable security deposit, subject to final rental conditions.

4. User Responsibility

• Provide correct personal and booking information.
• Use the vehicle according to legal and rental conditions.
• Respect pickup and drop-off timelines and agreed terms.

5. Cancellation and Changes

Cancellation/refund eligibility may depend on approval status, payment status, and operational timing. We may update booking schedules when required for safety or operational reasons.

6. Liability

We are not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect details submitted by users, third-party delays, or force majeure events beyond operational control.
