You get a reliable vehicle with all documents, ongoing support from our team, and the flexibility to swap to a different car if your needs change. Rates are discounted significantly below daily pricing: the longer the term, the better the rate.

1. Corporate fleets. Kathmandu-based companies that need a steady set of vehicles for staff, executive travel, or client pickups. Skip the headache of buying, registering, insuring, and maintaining a corporate fleet. We handle all of that.
2. NGOs and INGOs: international development orgs, embassies, foundations. Mission-critical work needs reliable transport. We work with multiple NGO clients across Kathmandu (and our Dhangadhi branch supports field work in Sudurpaschim).

How Monthly Pricing Works
The simple version: the longer you commit, the better the rate. A 1-month rental is meaningfully cheaper per day than booking 30 days back-to-back. A 3-month or 6-month commitment is even better.
Exact pricing depends on:
- Vehicle type (hatchback vs SUV vs EV, wide range)
- Length of commitment (1, 3, 6, or 12 months)
- Whether you need a dedicated driver or self-drive
- Inclusion of replacement cars during servicing windows
We don't publish a fixed monthly rate online because the right number is genuinely conversation-dependent. Tell us your needs and timeline. We'll give you a clear monthly figure.
Minimum commitment: 1 month. Shorter than that, our daily and weekly rentals are the better fit.
