Payment Policy

1. Advance Payment Requirement
For eligible bookings, an advance amount is required to secure your reservation. The minimum advance shown on the booking page must be paid before final confirmation.
2. Payment Method
Advance payment is currently accepted through bank transfer/QR payment as provided in your dashboard booking details. Online payment gateway may be introduced in future.
3. Transaction Reference
You must submit a valid transaction ID/reference in the dashboard after payment. Booking confirmation is completed only after admin verification of payment details.
4. Remaining Payment
Remaining amount, if any, may be settled physically at pickup time as per booking agreement and rental terms.
5. Physical Agreement and Security Deposit
Final rental agreement is completed physically during vehicle handover. A bank account blank cheque is required as a security deposit for the rental period.
6. Refund and Cancellation
Refund eligibility depends on booking status, cancellation timing, and operational approval. Any applicable deduction or adjustment will be handled according to the final booking agreement.
